Hi beauty lovers,

Today I want to talk to you about something very near and dear to my heart.

WHO: The Rescue Train is an amazing no-kill Los Angeles-based dog and cat rescue group that I volunteer for. You may recall seeing the beautiful kitties and pups I’ve posted on my Instagram, Facebook and Twitter from this organization. This group of people do so much for the animals of Southern California- from pulling animals on “death row” at shelters to finding foster families and loving homes, it takes a LOT of funds to keep The Rescue Train going. Not only do they spay/neuter and vaccinate each and every pet, but they also take on the  costs for all major surgeries and illnesses to make sure their animals are healthy before each adoption. As if that wasn’t enough, The Rescue Train also takes the time and money to train each animal to behave properly before handing them off to loving families.
